The view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking, offering a panoramic scene of the entire city of Kotor. It's just a few minutes' drive from the town center. The apartment was clean and spacious, and although we didn’t spend much time there, it had all the necessary facilities you'd expect. Due to its location in the hills and the lack of adequate walking paths to the city, I’d recommend this spot for drivers, as taxis might not be readily available, especially at night. Also, do yourself a favor and check out Restoran Vidikovac, just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. The chef is very personable, and the restaurant boasts one of the best views in the entire city. You won’t regret it!

Great location. We had the big apartment with a lot of space, big terrace with stunning view. The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you need. Wi-fi good. The pool clean and spacious, open 9 to 20. We had it mostly for ourselves. Not so far from the old town, but you need a car. The host was very friendly and told us where to park free for easy access in the town.

The apartment was nice and good equipped. But the bed wasn’t that comfortable and the owner was weird. It’s up a steep hill. So if your car isn’t the best, it’s difficult to get up there.

The hosts were exceptional . Really friendly and helpful . The apartment was spotless and also had lots of little extras such as tea/coffee/ washing up liquid, copious loo rolls, shampoo etc. As we had not hired a car the owner took us down to the supermarket so we could buy food. On another occasion I walked down - half an hour down a steep hill, their son was in front of me at the shop and brought me back for free too, The pool area is exceptional. We were welcomed to stay for a good number of hours after we checked out. Coffee was offered and water . They also gave us little keepsakes of Kotor when we left. There is also a restaurant 5 mins walk away which was nice with stunning views over Kotor Bay . The family run a taxi service . Do arrange to be picked up as the 25 euros we paid to get back to the airport was half the price offered by the commercial taxi drivers at the airport . We went with the son in his taxi to Kotor a number of times -10 euros each way . We also went to Budva which was more expensive but worth it. You got the feeling that they are running a great family business-only 5 apartments so pool never too busy . They seem to want to make your stay as good as possible . We also made friends with a lovely kitten from next door who adopted us for the week. It was someones pet and very cute . The family also have an adorable Golden retriever called Max . The family are really hardworking and always busy. I would have scored this 10 if it were not for the fact that we did not have our own transport . I normally walk more but as awaiting hip surgery found the mountainous roads a bit of a challenge. They are a lovely kind family who made us , my 2 daughters and myself feel very welcome.

I am very happy we stayed at this place as originally we wanted to stay in Kotor, because the location here is perfect if you have your own wheels. The view is just unbelievable and it’s just a 5 minute drive to a car park where you can easily walk 10 minutes to the city walls. The staff was super kind and nice, I really enjoyed it here. The pool was great and good size, actually there are two, next to each other. The apartment was clean and comfortable although it did feel a bit small for a family.

When we arrived we were very welcomed by the owner. He was very friendly, kind and warm. He showed us our app, and we were impressed, clean, beautiful, spacious for family of 4 and really good equipped. The owner welcomed us and make us coffee. He is kind towards kids.

This place is a paradise on earth for those who need a quiet time to recharge. Away from city noise, cars and heat. Rooms, pool area and shared area were always super clean. Pool has a great water quality and wonderful view. Always free sunbeds even if all apartments are occupied. Owners are super nice and helpfull. There is also barbecue to use, just ask the owner for help! There are no stores near by the place so you need to plan your grocery carefully. However, you can take taxi to Kotor for 10€ and it takes just 10 minutes. You can also walk to Kotor (ca 35 min) but the road is not child friendly but offers beautiful viewpoints. There is one restaurang just 5 minutes away from the place with wonderful view and nice food.
