Been here before, booked again given the quality of the place. Standards have been maintained and a new pool is being built so was encouraging to see that the pandemic has not closed this great option down.

We like the apartment very much , location is good. 15 minutes from the old town . It has beautiful view to the bay from the Balkan and from the pool . Pool is really great in the hot days on July

The view alone was a winner, we then discovered there was a pool! The apartment itself was spacious and clean. I stayed for 3 nights with my partner and didn't want to leave. It's about a 15 min walk to the old town and in a quieter part of town which was nice. I had a car, and getting into the small gap to enter the driveway from the main road and then up the steepest driveway I've seen in a while, I found was a little daunting at first but you get used to it.

Great location nice 20 min walk to kotor old town around the bay, pool overlooking the bay. Zeljko provided lots of information before and on arrival with restaurants/useful info. Was always available if we had any questions. Would definitely return!

The apartment was good, had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The view is absolutely incredible! Location was great as a 10-15min walk to the old town. It was nice to be a little bit away as it was quiet and you get the view of the town! loved sitting by the pool, with the fantastic view. Very peaceful and relaxing

The property was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped - but the real selling point is the balcony, which offered a beautiful view of Kotor old town and the bay, framed by the surrounding mountains. We were slightly unlucky with the weather, with one day bringing lots of rain in the morning, and even then it was great to watch the clouds over the bay and little waterfalls emerging in the mountains. All a relatively short walk from the amenities in Kotor.

Amazing location and pool area exactly as shown. Very pleasant and helpful landlady who gave us some fantastic food and activity recommendations and even allowed us to use the pool after checkout!

The apartment is stunning. Beautifully modern, and an incredible view from the balcony. It was extremely clean and the host was great. He even let us keep our bags downstairs and helped us with taxis.
