It has a amazing view from balkony and also very close to old town and centre. The most important thing is a owner. She is very sweat and interest with us. Even you cant ask she tell everything about the city and what can you eat what can you do etc. Best owner ever. Thank you for everything and for this beautiful home :)

Wow where to begin! Zoja has been so very kind and welcoming since the first interaction through message. We arrived about 20 minutes later than expected but she was there at the front of the building waiting for us when we arrived. I spent the extra money to get the luxury apartment because of the view, and it was worth every penny. Easily the best view I have ever been treated to every morning and I would 100% book again. The apartment was completely spotless and had everything you could need and more. The kitchen fully stocked with utensils, pans, glasses and plates, literally everything you could need. There was extra toilet paper, towels, and Zoja offered us beach towels if we needed them, which we did use. She lives next to the apartment and was always available, nothing was too much trouble. She also gave us very useful information about where to get food and drink (we arrived on Sunday when everything is closed). She told us about a very good bakery (Sandrela) just a 12 minute walk which is open on Sundays and has freshly baked bread and the cheapest beer I have ever seen, definitely recommend it. The old town is a short walk and there is a supermarket also very close by. The beach is maybe a 5 minute walk away, and the bus station is about 20 but you are walking uphill to the apartment which can be quite difficult. Still worth it every time. I am so impressed with this apartment and Zoja, I was heartbroken to have to leave. I really hope I can stay here again in the future. This apartment has truly made my stay in Montenegro unforgettable! True paradise.

The location was amazing. We have travelled a lot but we think this was possibly the best view we have ever had. The quality of the accommodation was first rate, spacious, super clean, great balcony and the host was excellent, with lots of local knowledge. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Kotor.

The owner was extremely accomodating and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is great! Short walk to the beach and Kotor town. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

Incredible views from the balcony and only a short walk to the old town (10 mins) - the apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photo’s. The host was very welcoming on arrival.
