Excellent communication prior to arrival - the directions by video work perfectly. Spacious, clean, reasonably well-equipped, comfortable bed and sofabed, fabulous view from the balcony, parking. Location can't be beaten - such a quick and easy walk to the cafes, bars, shops, restaurants in the old town and yet very quiet. The walk back up is really not bad and although driving up the steep hill feels a little precarious, it's fine for competent drivers (and small-medium sized cars).

This was a great location to explore Kotor and the surrounding area. Just a 10 min walk down into town. A lovely balcony and view - the balcony had a folding sunscreen too so helped to have some shade when it was hot. Very clean and the communications were spot on from Marija. Parking in the Kotor area is difficult so a big plus for us that it came easy with the apartment. Lovely stay - thank you !

The apartment was really nice, it had a great view from the balcony. The location was really good for old town Kotor. Check in & out was very easy. Rental team were easy to contact via WhatsApp.

Magnificent view on a bay and mountains. Apts was very clean and tidy, cozy and cute, it has everything we need and everything was working properly. Host solved all our problems in no time.
