Beautiful apartment with amazing views and balcony. Nice walk into Kotor Old Town and beach out the front. Host was lovely and friendly.

From the very arrival and warm welcome, the owner was available for everything we needed. The apartments are literally 10 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view. There is a store and a bakery nearby, as well as 3-4 restaurants. If we decide to go to Montenegro again, we will reach out to them. All in all, a wonderful experience, I would recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic place right next to the beach. Apartment owner was friendly and put chairs on the beach each morning which could be used by guests. Water was great for swimming in. Easy to go for a run along the front to kotor if that's your thing.

We stayed at Apartment Maniva for a few glorious days. I have no words to describe how beautiful the views from our balcony were. We swam at the little beach that’s right in front of the apartment multiple times a day. Mr.Pedja was extremely kind and always made sure our chairs and umbrella were set up. The cleanliness is 10/10.. maybe my only downside was not having a washing machine but it’s not a deal breaker. I would highly recommend this place to families as well because we stayed with our 4 year old and he loved swimming at the little beach. A little tip is bring some swimming sandals because Kotor bat has stone beaches.

It was in a lovely position on the lake. So beautiful to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view over a meal - or with a good book. Very helpful and kind host.

Lovely family-run accommodation. The owner was extremely welcoming and very attentive. I had to check out unexpectedly the night before (quite late may I add), and the gentleman called us a taxi and waited with me under the sheltered area while it rained despite my constant attempts to get him to go back inside where it was warm. Telling him the rain is what I'm more accustomed to as a British person wasn't enough, so he also insisted I take his umbrella. Very caring and kind people run this apartment. The accommodation was fully equipped and immaculate. The view was absolutely beautiful.

Lovely clean apartment, with beautiful view and super helpful and friendly host. Scenic walk into Kotor, lots of bars/restaurants to stop at on the way(5km). Bus into town only €1 or €2 into Perast. The only negative was the humming noise outside our bedroom window, I think it was the air conditioning unit. However, all the positives outweighed this.
