Its proximity to the city center was enough for us. The biggest advantage was that there was no parking problem. The owner was very helpful, met our needs and answered all our questions. The house was as described, clean and useful. Maybe we can say that our only problem is the insufficient heating of the air conditioner. Since we stayed in winter time, I do not think this problem will be experienced in summer. We would also like to thank our next door neighbor for his smiling face.

I had a pleasant stay at Pontica Apartment. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views and easy access to nearby attractions. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the bed was a bit less comfortable than I expected, which slightly impacted my rest. Despite that, the overall experience was positive, and the host was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Modern apartment, with great access to the sea and a short walk from downtown Kotor. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils, ironing board, hair dryer and other things needed for your stay. Importantly there is a parking space next to the apartment, which is a great bonus in Kotor. Nikoleta was very informative with the check-in information, which made the process smooth.

The apartment was super cute and well-equipped. It’s a bit outside the main area, but it’s an easy walk to the old town. Parking is available, and there’s convenient access to the bay right across the street.

The apartment is simple but fully renovated and with all the necessary amenities. everything was impeccably clean and communication with Nikoleta was perfect. We only stayed for one night on a day trip from Dubrovinik but we want to go back to explore Montenegro and the Bay of Kotor more calmly. The nearby kittens are adorable!
