1. At the center of Kota Kinabalu. 2. Near to eatry places 3. Hospitality of the staff is really amazing 4. Clean room 5. Although the hotel located in the middle of the town, its quit quite at night. 6. Room aminities is just enough 7. Good room service (change towel, and top up the tea! Even they ask me if I want to clean my room via whatsapp! Very convenience.) 8. Cancelation policy very flexible.

Thanks to wondeful staff Alif(hope I got your name right🙂), the experience here at Seraya hotel was amazing. It was my first time in Kotakinabalu and Malaysia, and you made me fall in love with this place and country. Again, thank you Alif! The location is so convenient and the bed is really comfortable. Not too stiff, not too soft. 👍👍

I was pretty upset at the beginning. Was after long flight and rushing to see the sunset outside so realised after I already unpacked that the city view is 4m far concrete wall. Also the wifi wasnt working good and the worse thing was that the lowest tiles in the bathroom floor were around the toilet bowl. So it was impossible to use the toilet without getting your feet wet. Quite uncomfortable. Third night I discovered another wifi, maybe even with the same name that worked perfectly. So had good internet at least for 2 days. Otherwise the room was nice and the hotel well kept. Stuff nice and helpful. Drinking water is available at the reception.

The deluxe King room is worth the value. The deluxe queen is face too close to the next building making it with no privacy.
