We stayed there twice and it felt like home. The room was clean, there is a fridge, and a kettle in the common area. The location is central and surrounded by nice bars and cafes.

Room was excellent, so big, comfortable and clean. Loved the vibe of it!! Outdoor shower felt refreshing and was clean also, we loved it! Location was great with cafes & restaurants nearby and a short walk to the waterfront.

The Jungalow is nicely decorated and spacious. The owner and staff at the bar/restaurant below are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is great, easy to walk around KK. We were really happy staying here - so much that we stayed twice - and highly recommend it.

We loved this place, our favourite in Malaysia. We stayed in the Bunga Tropica room which has an en-suite outdoor bathroom and 2 rooms (one of which can have a sofa bed made into a bed). The space was gorgeous with lots of original features and was tastefully decorated. The location of the Jungalow is very central in KK and it was easy to walk everywhere. The bed was super comfy! We found the accompanying guide really helpful for our time in KK and the host was very responsive when we asked questions.

We really liked the character of the jungalow & the history of the place. Didn’t have much interaction with the owners but they seemed lovely. Staying here gives you 10% discount in the bar downstairs el centro and the cafe/shop downstairs that I forget the name of. Aircon was perfect! Really good location in the town. Located on a street that has everything you could need really close, 7/11, coffee shops bars cafes etc. we had an outdoor bathroom which we actually really loved. Something different to our usual. We also didn’t see any bugs in the bathroom during our stay (maybe we were lucky!!).
