The fine print

I slept here for 2 nights with different rooms. The 1st room smells rancid, so housekeeping came to check & clean the room again. The location for this hotel also quite nice, only 10-15 mins to Anjung Kinabalu & Imago Mall.

Arrived early my room wasn’t ready, but the helpful reception staff managed to relocate me to another room of I was very grateful. The Stanton Hotel is ideal for a overnight stay in KK. There are plenty of eatery and restaurants in the local area and the Imago mall is only a 10 minute walk to get to. The room was cozy and well equipped for a convenient overnight or couple of nights stay in KK .

I stopped in KK for just one night whilst transiting. The hotel is conveniently located within a 15min (traffic dependent) drive of the airport. Quiet, clean rooms with friendly staff.

The location of the hotel was good since it was away from the busy buisness place during weekends. The hotel was a cosy n rwlexing place to chill out at the cafe.

Location was good as it is near where we want to visit for work. There is an odd smell in the room, can't really place it but it's good value for money. As good as any 3 star hotel is. Bed was comfortable. There were windows but it looked into a tiny enclosed alley, we didnt anticipate this but no big deal. There was free airport transfer which was great for short work visits like ours. They provided room slipper. But other vanities like toothpaste and toothbrush, need to request from counter.

Overall satisfied with the stay. Room was clean and comfy. Smooth check in and out. Was given their signature logo luggage tag upon check out, that was nice. The TV was on maintenance period during my stay, but they have You Tube instead with good internet connection. So it solved the problem.
