Semi buffet (endless) in Ocean restaurant has been really appealing. Well better coffee (barista) than in the big breakfast buffet (coffee automatic machine)

Excellent breakfast at Ocean Wing. Must comment on the Duty Managers service recovery. I had booked the complimentary airport transfer to the Resort via phone. It was confirmed for a pick-up at 10am at the airport. We were already in KK the day before so took a grab to the airport. I again confirmed it that morning and the location of pick-up. We headed to the airport and arrived 10 mins to 10am. No sign of driver. My husband on one end and me another and could not find the driver. When contacting the Resort, were told that the driver has left and to find our way to the Resort. I was already very sick and at this stage very angry too as I could have stayed till midday at the other city property. Upon arriving at the Resort, spoke to the DM who sincerely apologised, credited us for the taxi fare and arranged a temporary Garden Wing room for me to rest in. Once the room was ready, we were assisted with the move to Ocean Wing. She also checked back how everything was. thumbs up to that. Thank you for all amenities!

Our Garden Wing room was clean but tired and was disappointing. We were really looking forward to looking through and choosing a restaurant but presumably as the hotel wasn't that busy only 2 or 3 were open in the evening one each night served a buffet at around £50 each with drinks on top (a large beer or glass of wine costing about £6.75 each). Breakfast buffet (which was included) was great. We struggled with the reception team in terms of communication. Pete who helped us with our bags was great as were many of the staff. Super friendly. Facilities generally were very good and location beautiful but isolated.

Breakfast was excellent and all facilities were very good. Enjoyed the nature reserve and in particular the light show in the evening
