Smooth and fast check in and check out process. Clean room and toilet. Very comfortable to sleep. Walkable distance to suria sabah and gaya street.

Right at the centre of Kota Kinabalu city. Within walking distance to Gaya street, Jesselton Point and Filipino Market. Good value for a budget family room which fits 2 seven years old + a 3 years old toddler, well for me at least.

Near to the center. We can just walk to the Pasar Kraftangan. Laundry was near the hotel. Mini market also. Value for money. Our room for 3 person is huge. Value for money

Room was clean. Room size just nice and bed quite comfy. Price per night quite reasonable. Location very strategic. Upperstar restaurant just beside hotel. There’s also laundry nearby. Many eateries and marts around. Short walking distance to waterfront, market and Gaya Street.

The hotel is beautiful . The receptionist very kind and friendly, the hotel is very close to the shops and the night market. There is a 7 eleven / 24hr store near the hotel , easy to walk, no need to use a car, can save car fuel and money from paying for car parking ✨

Value for money. Good location, very ideal for people who want to walk around and explore the city by foot. Decent size rooms for the price you're paying. And they even have irons & ironing boards in the hallways for you to use/borrow when needed. A plus is that it has an elevator (lift).
