For KK it is excellently placed right by all the markets and easy to get to the islands from the ferry near by. The rooms are VAST and very comfortable. But the main thing is the FOOD. It is insanely good. We stayed during Ramadan and the evening buffet is unlike anything I have ever seen. I just can’t even describe how good it is.

The staff were lovely friendly and super helpful. We’re bringing our luggage up. The daily clean and reset of our room is pleasing to see when you come back after a long day exploring the town. The location was convenient as well close to the beach in the seaside.

Room is clean, comfortable, with a great view of the sea. You will also be able to see airplanes flying by, on their way to KK airport, but not to worry as the noise is minimal and negligible. The hotel is old, but very well maintained. Location is great and very convenient. Staffs are very polite, professional and never fails to smile. Great service.

Staff were attentive from Ms Siuk at Reception to the team at the Ground Floor Restaurant. Rooms are huge and well maintained. The helpful staff and condition of the property proudly represented the Hyatt brand.

Everything is perfect, but really 0 complaint the pool is amazing, the room as well and the staff is 5* We just stayed for 1 night though, no breakfast

Room on. 13th floor with lounge access was great. Room overlooked the jungle (if you looked over the buildings) Sea view room would have been even better.
