We stayed for 1 night at KK with 6 adults. The place was easy to find and near the shopping area, which was very convenient for walking distance shopping. Mr. Lee was a great and friendly host who accommodated us well during our stay.

This is a great family unit well located in Kota Kinabalu nearby to Central Shopping Centre. Everything is at the Centre including a supermarket and restaurants. It's also an easy, quick cab ride to the pier and ticketing for island hopping. The unit is clean and comfortable with a partial sea view from a couple of vantage points. There is a kitchen and washing machine available. Mr Lee was very obliging with a slightly later check-out to fit in with my flights.

Cheap stay at a good location with several points of interest at walking distance. Only about 4 or 5 mins drive to Imago. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, and there's a pool!
