The property was very clean, the room was nice. The staff was amazing for upgrading us into a private king bunk bed room for no extra costs. The toilets were very modern and clean and everybody was respectful

It's just a fabulous place. The vibe is so 🤌. Staff is fantastic, esp Lia she is a gem. She helped me with Kinabalu hike planning. And yes coffee is pretty good too.

It is comfy, clean and tidy. The smell is good. I like the renovated part of the hostel. Their staff is nice and responsive. I didn’t use the laundry service but I appreciate that they provide it.

Wifi is great to work remotely, everything is very clean, beds are very comfortable, they have free water, smoking area, washing machine for 5rmb, kitchen and the staff is the best, super friendly and helpful!

Due to some unexpected events I stayed at Faloe Hostel for almost two weeks. I met many travelers who previously also stayed at different hostels in town and said that Faloe Hostel was better. The community is quite close. Most travelers were solo travelers like me and happy to connect with people. I felt very welcome and appreciated by the staff. They were always really friendly and helpful. The hostel is really clean! While I stayed there they steamed the matresses and beds twice, which is amazing.

The hostel is very clean, beds are comfy, big locker next to the bed for all your stuff and the female dorm room is spacious. The bathroom is clean, hot water and enough space to hang your clothes and towel. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Good location with cafés and restaurants around the corner. I highly recommend this hostel!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Faloe Hostel, and I definitely felt that it was worth the money. I arrived quite late at the hostel, but the check-in process was surprisingly swift and hassle-free. The staff was accommodating and made sure I was settled in quickly without any delays. They even provided me with all the necessary information about the facilities and gave me helpful tips on nearby attractions, which made my arrival stress-free despite the late hour. The hostel itself was clean and well-maintained, and my room was comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the atmosphere was quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep.
