The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. In line with the Malaysia government’s decision to implement Sales and Service Tax (SST) of 6% effective 1st January 2022, this tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.
Required to show your COVID-19 Vaccination Digital Certificate upon check-in. Fully vaccinated individuals must have completed 14 days after receiving the 2nd dose of vaccines (Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Sinovac) or 28 days for single-dose vaccines (CanSino and Johnson & Johnson).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Next to the Curve shopping mall. Room is spacious. Room was not ready when we checked in but we got room upgrade. Staffs are friendly.

Purposely booked Royale Chulan The Curve because of its location. The hotel is connected to the curve, IPC and IKEA. Short walking distance to nearest MRT. Comfy bed, and decent sized room. Shower pressure was great!
