Our stay was a real treat - a fabulous opportunity to stay in a real gem of a hotel, with history and up to date style in abundance. Our Deluxe room was huge, beautifully decorated, with large windows looking over the pedestrianised main street. The location of the hotel is superb, right in the middle of Kosice next to the beautiful National Theatre, with the cathedral, cafes and restaurants right on the doorstep. Whilst we had a problem at breakfast on one of the mornings, we would like to thank the hotel management for the way in which the problem was put right - we couldn't have asked for more. We had lunch in the restaurant during our stay and the food was superb - top quality with lovely local touches in beautiful surroundings.

Hotel is in the town centre, shop and restaurants are very close, hotel is nice, quiet, comfy bed and good size of the room, very clean, good breakfast. Staff was very nice and i would recommend to others.

Breakfast was a lovely selection of hot and cold food, meats, cheese's, bread, cereal and yoghurt. Staff were so friendly and helpful, one of the waiters in the restaurant took some time to answer our questions on language and culture which was very kind of him and so interesting. The hotel was beautifully decorated and super clean and fresh.

the location is great just right in town close to all shops and restaurant's . the staff were very friendly and professional. all tried their best to communicate in English . the bed was very comfortable . breakfast was delicious with variety to choose from

The reception staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I had an issue with a double booking – they quickly resolved it for me. The breakfast was excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. We are regular guests at this hotel, and it never disappoints. Although the underground parking was full, we managed to find a parking spot on the street near the hotel, which worked out just fine. Overall, highly recommended!
