The location is very convenient. The facilities are a good match for the price. The owners are welcoming. We like this place a lot and recommend it.

The best part of the hotel was its location. It's a 1-minute walk to the sea and a 7-8 minute walk to the center and the port. We stayed in room number 1, which is on the sea side, so my comments will be about this room. The room was spacious and airy. The bathroom had recently been renovated and was quite functional. Like most places of this type, there is no shower curtain. It has a very cute balcony overlooking the road and the sea, where you can comfortably have your breakfast or meal. Although the wardrobe and dresser are old, they are sufficient. There were 2 single beds and a bunk bed, making it more preferable for families with children. A new refrigerator has been added, which cools very well and is quite important for your water, drinks, and food.

Comfortable for a one night stay but not for longer. Balcony was good but the view was nothing like the photos on the website. Convenient mini-market on ground floor with friendly lady in charge. The surrounding area was buzzing in the evening with a varied choice of eating places.

Lovely friendly family run business, always somebody there to help you. They have a shop downstairs, perfect to sit and have a beer or two after the beach. We had a nice big balcony too.

In summary, while we were just looking for an economical place to sleep, we suddenly found ourselves in a very comfortable room. Very close to the beach, nice terrace. The view is wonderful. The location is also very good. What more? Moreover, the friendly welcome made us feel at home.

My best friend and I recently stayed at Nitsa Rooms. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room itself was lovely and clean. Amazing location — just a minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for morning walks and sunrise views. Additionally, it's only a 10-minute walk from the city center, allowing us to easily explore shops, restaurants, and local attractions without the need for transportation. Overall, highly recommend :)
