Lovely staff!! Everytime we are there, we leave the hotel with a big smile. Best location ever! Clean, bright. The breakfast is great. Everyone is so friendly. We feel like home. And its the only adress for us in Kos and we will definately come back!!!! Thank you !

Hotel is in an excellent position on the sea front and a short walk into the centre of Kos. Rooms are of a fair size with a nice balcony. Comfortable bed and a there is a bath. Breakfast was excellent, eaten on a nice terrace overlooking the sea.

Everything was great .Nothing to complain.At the check in Reception paper work very smooth and quick.Room cleaning very good,breakfast was much more than enough.So if I visit again Kos, I will stay again Kos Aktis Art Hotel.

The hotel is located directly over the water and the panoramic view from the bedroom balcony over the sea is exceptional. The breakfast buffet is generous and varied with a good choice of local produce.

The hotel is on the beach and you can enjoy the sea or lie on sunbed. The breakfast has a good variety and served till 11 AM We requested a baby crab and it was really useful and comfortable. The room and the balcony were really big enough. Thanks to reception, they upgraded our room to a bigger one because of the baby.
