10 mins to the town, little shop for fresh bread etc 2 mins away, sea view through the trees from a shady terrace, with nice chairs, quiet at night, two restaurants within 5 mins walk, a pebbly beach with clear water 1 minute away, comfy semi-detached villa, wonderful hostess, everything you could wish for.
