The clean rooms, friendly staff, and beautiful views of the city and mountains. Delicious food.👌Free Wi-Fi and room service added to the convenience. It was a very good experience. Will come back again😃

My stay at Hotel Kristal in City Hills was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. My stay at Hotel Kristal, perched on the scenic city hills, was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking panoramic views of the city below. The elevated location offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle, yet still conveniently close to the main attractions. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with large windows that showcased the stunning landscape. Waking up to the sight of the sunrise over the city was truly unforgettable. The balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options, perfect for starting the day. The on-site restaurant also offered fantastic meals with a mix of local and international flavors. Getting to the hotel required a bit of an uphill drive, but the serene atmosphere and stunning views made it well worth it. For those without a car, the hotel provides convenient transportation options. Excellent Stay at Hotel Kristal! I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kristal! The location was perfect, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

I recently stayed at Hotel Kristal, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. The amenities, from the luxurious bar to the delicious breakfast buffet, were top-notch. The hotel’s location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend Hotel Kristal and will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Perfect location and astonishing view!!!The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Hotel Kristal for anyone visiting Korca...delicious food too at the Hotel's restaurant :)
