With all the modern comforts, including an espresso machine in each room, you'd never guess you were staying in a house that dates back to the 14th century. With the lively modern city bustling in the background, you'd never know this was little more than a quaint port village not two centuries ago. And with it being situated squarely in Slovenia, you wouldn't guess at its Venetian past.
Yet it is all of this, and more. Everything was great... including room and breakfast and specially proximity to the city center... We loved the idea to be out of noise, but close to the old town and close to the city and peer and all activities going on...
