Superb location, room was really beautiful, spacious and convenient with a lot of storage space. SPA and pool, staff were really helpfull, pleasant and polite. You have a parking space in a garage.

My stay at Grey Hotel in Kopaonik was truly unforgettable. The hotel’s perfect location, right by the ski slopes, made everything so convenient. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains – waking up to that was magical. The spa was a highlight, offering a relaxing retreat after skiing, while the food was absolutely delicious – from the generous breakfast buffet to the refined dinner menu. What stood out the most was the exceptional service; the staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel completely at home. Grey Hotel is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kopaonik!
