I arrived late so I could appreciate that it was still easy to get to the room and contact the hotel staff. Check-in was easy, Hotel was simple to find from the bus stop.

Family and friendly atmosphere of the staff in facility. Surprised - by the free ticket for a public transport provided through the stay in a hotel. Thus, no necessary looking for a parking place in the Konstanz.
