The staff at the front desk was very friendly. In addition to the small work table with a chair, I enjoyed the shower and hair dryer in the bathroom with cold air. Thanks to the emergency exit map in the room, I was pleased to discover that we could leave more quickly than if we had to cross the reception desk every time we had to leave or enter. The room was well insulated.

I have travelled around 10 different countries and booked around 30 different hotels during this year but the Niu Flower in Konstanz is definetly the best among all, amazing hotel in every detail. Faboulous design, perfect combination of style, I enjoyed everything in the hotel, the beds were really comfortable, hot and cold shower 24/7, perfect location - the bus stop is immediately at the hotel entrance, lobby was very comfortable, enjoyed playing table football and also there is a photography machine where you can take photos as memories.

Great hotel, looks newly renovated. Beautiful and spacious rooms, renovated with taste. Spacious bathroom, the place was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Staff very pleasant and welcoming and very helpful. Hotel is located 10 mins by bus to the city centre. Bus stop is located just outside of the hotel, buses are very frequent, on time and free of charge (hotel issues passes). Plenty of free parking on adjacent street. Otherwise there is a payable underground car park outside of the hotel.

Small but spacious, had the facilities needed. Tidy. Opposite a bus stop which was really convenient for travel. Tourist tax payment allowed for free bus travel and museum discounts, excellent.

The hotel is very good, the bed is very comfortable and the shower is very large. It is a recent hotel with quality facilities.

We visited this hotel in February 2024 and this hotel is is a brand new. It was a wonderful stay here. Man at the front desk was very helpful - when we wanted to arrive a while after midnight - it was not a problem. I just call to the reception and everything was set up. The have reception 24/7. This hotel is near the Swiss boarder and is well situated when you want to walk to the centre of Konstanz (it is only 20 minutes walk). We would definetely stay here again.

The check-in and check-out were stress-free. The room was clean, the bed was soft, and everything works. They offered a lot of options with breakfast which was very good.
