The location, very central to the bar and restaurant area in Alsancak. The manager, Zafer, super nice and kind... always worried about the needs of the clients.

I really appreciate the help and cordiality of the staff, 3 minutes walking distance to seaside, restaurants, bars and shops. They were able to find a taxi in the new year eve when all the taxi where super busy through different app's and calling every agency

The rooms are a good size compared to other hotels we have been. The toilet is good size. It provides kettle. Free water. Free tea and cups. The place looks renovated. It has lifts. The staff is helpful. The location is near local restaurants and there is a shopping street nearby. It has a lobby and toilets at the lobby

The Roi Hotel is a little gem -a boutique hotel. It beggar's belief why they only have a 2 star rating. Central to shopping, bars and restaurants. Alsancak train station is nearby and a leisurely stroll will bring you to the ferries at Konak. All staff are polite, kind and available. An unassuming comfortable haven.
