The property is beautifully located and has wonderful restaurants. Given other locations hotel is very pricey but the staff were exceptional. We stayed in a Villa looking over the bay and it was beautiful.

Everything was very good. It was very late in the season but everyone was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast.

The hotel interior and surroundings were beautiful, and it was probably the best breakfast we ever had at a 5* hotel. There was plenty of space in the lobby to sit around and relax as well as bar areas. Staff were helpful and the spa offered a broad range of treatments, however, you could only get a massage, there was no sauna or other staff facilities. Very good location if you rent a boat on that side of the island because they can bring the boat right to the hotel so you don't need to go anywhere for a pick up. However, for a 5* luxury hotel for which we paid a lot of money it definitely did not justify the cost. Even though it was right on the beach, the hotel beach bar played very loud music throughout the day at the main beach area. It was not relaxing AT ALL, unless you want to go and have a beach party then it is perfect. Even after asking them to turn it down, their response was that this is "Sunday music", however, this was not the case as the beach bar played music every single day on loud speakers. So forget about reading a book or listing to your own music in earbuds because you will not be able to hear anything. There was another beach next to the main one, which was adults-only without music however there were only a limited amount of chairs which were all being taken by people early in the morning. This meant that we had to set an alarm for 7am each morning in order to go down to that beach and leave our stuff there at one of the chairs like the rest of the guests were doing. The main pool was overcrowded with loud music playing a couple of times a day during water aerobics and you could never get a beach chair unless you went super early in the morning and left your stuff there to "reserve" your beach chair. They had an adult pool which was less loud but they had even less pool side chairs there.

Breakfast buffets and evening buffets were exceptional. Lovely beach albeit on the smaller side. Great beach bar and facilities.

The service we received was 5* - nothing was too much trouble. Food was also fantastic - we ate in the Italian & sea food restaurants as well as the buffet.
