Nestled on the confluence of the Komati and Crocodile Rivers, this resort combines comfortable accommodation with wild landscapes. Chalets are set on the floodplain, less than 50 meters from the water’s edge.

Been before so knew what to expect, I personally think it's great value and well kept. If you need to be handily placed for The Kruger next morning you can't go wrong...in my opinion. Yes it's well worn at the edges, but everything still works and is clean. The trains are noisy, but anywhere in the vicinity would be the same, there's nothing Komati can do about it and it's not fair to judge them on that!

My husband loves to go there for the fishing as they have a lovely area to fish and the river frontage has lovely walks. The staff are alao very friendly and the gardens are always beautiful.

The location is great, near Kruger National Park, Mozambique and Swaziland border gates. Also near the small Komatipoort town. I was happy our 2 bedroom chalet was at the end, and we had the river view. The chalet also had two ensuite bathrooms. The kids loved the play area. We saw hippos, but unfortunately we didn't see crocodiles. The restaurant is nice and they have a boma for groups.

The location is fabulous. The view from our chalets was spectacular. It is also close to the border so very convenient of you are in transit to Mozambique. We were welcomed warmly and loved the stay.
