Polite behaviour, responsiveness, readiness to help. I had this experience in all our interactions with the staff members through the weeklong stay this time as well as during our previous stay which was for about three days. Food was good. They took special care to customize to suit our requirements of healthy but tasty food.

Great location, amidst the city Kasba, but calm and quiet place. We stayed in studio room, it’s huge 1bhk type room with a balcony. Loved the spacious room and bathroom . The complimentary breakfast was great,with lots of tasty food, nice ambiance. Small and tidy pool at the backyard. Basically its a fully secured society with spacious rooms with wardrobe , study table, dining table, sofa chairs.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food available in the hotel's restaurant is exceptional. The room size is big.

The hotel was good. It was peaceful and the staffs were cordial. The double room was perfect for me and my family. I believe , no other hotel provide such space in Kolkata. It was spacious with separate dinning room cum kitchen. Even though cooking facilities were not provided.
