The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Plenty of choice on the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Only criticism is that we were only given one card for the room, inconvenient if we were doing different things and out and about at different times.

This is a service industry that too in the hospitality sector, however the basic hospitality during the checkin was missing. There was no help for carrying the luggages to the room . When one visits a hotel this is the minimum expectation a guest can have.

Staff of the hotel is very unprofessional. I booked twin bed room which was already booked when I came there for check in they said we have only Queen bed available and all rooms are sold out. They argue with us for 15-20 minutes when we said cancel our all 3 rooms and refund they then staff said I will talk to DM and update you in 15 minutes again. Finally after a long argument we got twin bed around 2 am We were tired and got frustrated there.

A hotel needed help to arrange transport to the airport. The hotel staff at the restaurant were excellent. There should be tooth taste and brush.
