We had a truly wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The reception team was extremely kind and understanding — since we were traveling with our child, they immediately arranged an early check-in. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference after a long journey and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The property is very well maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms, and all the amenities you would expect from a five-star hotel. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and we found it very kid-friendly. The staff were always supportive, whether it was helping us with small requests for our child or making sure mealtimes were smooth and stress-free. Special appreciation goes to the restaurant team. Udai and Arup were outstanding in their hospitality — always polite, patient, and attentive. They took extra care to ensure our little one was comfortable, and their warm, thoughtful service made every dining experience truly memorable. Overall, our stay was seamless and enjoyable, thanks to the professionalism and kindness of the entire team. For families and travelers looking for comfort, excellent service, and genuine care, Hyatt Regency Kolkata is an outstanding choice.

Front desk incharges were extremely helpful and it looks like a legacy everytime I visit the property. House keeping Mr Dipankar is a gem of a person
