Location is great as it’s central and close to metro. Property is value for money, cleans and beds are comfortable. Staff are pleasant and even bought me sweets for my final night. As always a bit of maintenance in the bathrooms would be nice….but it’s a relatively budget stay so you get what you pay for I suppose

Very clean property with helpful staff. We stayed in the most expensive rooms and found them quite roomy, I think some of the other rooms are smaller. Good shower/ bathroom facilities. We availed of the laundry service and also had breakfast in our room each day both of which were good. Staff assisted us in getting taxi to Howrah station. We h had two separate stays in hotel in separate (largest) hotel rooms. Both stays were excellent, very happy with the service. It is in an area that is handy for getting to the centre of Kolkata and Howrah. The metro is a little bit of a walk away but we don't mind walking. There is a taxi rank across the road as well.

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful - giving ideas for tours - arranging transfers - sorting out meal choices and being so kind and helpful Beds were comfortable and rooms decorated really nicely Tea and coffee is a bonus Meals were amazingly good

Everything ! Location, whole team, manager extremely helpful... A true Bengali hotel ! I also loved the breakfast, in-house cooking is excellent. Rooms very clean. A Kolkata nugget I discovered too late !

I liked it especially because of its location, close to where the Kali Puja procession proceeded at night. Also because of the very helpful staff, ready to help with anything one asked. Thanks a lot to the receptionists! Also the internet was good.

I loved the fact that my room had a little balcony and since it was the famous Kali Puja festival I could witness the processions from my room. Also good location to explore the old city and walk to nearly everywhere. Manager Narayan (not sure I spell his name correct) was very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was served into my room. Hot water for shower good and wifi also good!

Very nice room with a balcony. Also had a kettle and fridge which was very useful. Staff is very pleasant and want to ensure you have everything you need.

It is officially THE CLEANEST hotel I have ever lived in India! And I really mean it! They sanitate room after every single guest with some disinfection liquids, wash the floor and clean the bathroom utilities. It was a blessing! Breakfast is delivered to the room, you can choose from variety of options - all of them were tasty. The personnel is also very helpful! I 100% recommend this hotel for stay in Kolkata!

Room had great beds and is wel decorated. Best thing was the bathrom. Well designed so the toilet did not get wet an no smelly toilet We liked that the communal spaces have lots of plants. The place is wel maintaided. The room and corridors very well cleaned. We had room service for food a few times and that was tasty Staff have been very flexibele and helpful to us. Thank you for that
