We have stayed at the property many times. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the location is perfect. Nikos and family are great hosts.

We only stayed one night, but we would have loved to stay for longer. Nikolas and his family were very welcoming, the room was extremely clean and comfortable bed. We also had a great breakfast. Amazing value for money.

A very comfortable apartment located close to Kolios beach and bus stop 15 which provides easy access to the rest of the island. With a supermarket and a selection of restaurants nearby there are plenty of food options available and the apartment has a choice of breakfast on offer which are presented to a high standard ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable start to the day. Nikos & Maria work hard to provide a lovely place to stay. The apartments are cleaned daily and towels are changed every 2 days, the bed was comfortable and the linen and towels of a good quality. We very much enjoyed the location and our stay at the Villa Karina.

Villa Karina gets a 10 everytime from us! As soon as you walk through the gate into the lovely garden area you feel relaxed. The rooms are perfect, nicely decorated, very clean, with all the things you could need. Aircon is perfect, fresh towels every other day, and a smart tv! We will be back next year.

Absolutely impressed by the accommodation and the area, Agia Paraskevi beach is very close, not crowded at all. ✨ Location is amazing, no need to take a cab, the bus stop is 2 minutes away, and a shop is literally across Villa Karina. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, thank you for making our holiday memorable. 😌 Breakfast and coctails were also great. I will be back for sure. P.S: last bus is at 1:15 AM from Port (in summer).

The host was very kind and helpful men. The room, the garden and the whole villa was stylish, nicely furnished as well. Everything was harmonized with each other. Cappucino was excellent. I highly recommend Villa Karina to everyone.

The arrival to Villa Karina was smooth, although we did not know the property does not have official parking, so we had to contact the owner to ask about that + collect the keys. Kind owner showed us a free public parking nearby (3 minute walk). The room was nice, clean and roomy. Close to 2 nearby beaches as well. Villa also offers happy hour for coctails and makes breakfast. We unfortunately did not have time to try it. I also appreciated the change of towels every 2 days. I would definitely come back.
