Great location. No phone in room had to physically attend reception with any queries. Room chosen for view of Koldinghus. Window had hand sized bird poo. Bedside lamps were dusty. Chair beside bed had long blonde hair on fabric. Tidy but not clean. When asked possibility to change rooms - declined as hotel was full. Bird poo on window was not cleaned - 3 night stay.

breakfast was quite okay, not as extensive as in the scandic hotel i usually stay in but good enough. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and no noises/it was quiet. There was free parking in the area incl charging stations. The Fratelli Italian restaurant across the street is very good.

Nice and friendly staff - asked for an early check last moment and they found solution. Next to train station and close by cit center.
