It was an awesome place. The mountain, the views, the camp, the dinner... The woman in charge is a great host, and cares a lot about the guests. They have fresh water and drinks. Toilets are really clean. You can see that they really care for the details.

Kamp Janketic is a very unique place. It is located in an idyllic meadow between the forests, just under a viewpoint with a spectacular sight at sunset. It provides an exciting experience in contact with the tranquillity of nature. The place is small, cosy, and familiar, and guests share meals and conversations. The host, Dajana, is warm and enthusiastic. She loves the place she has built and is dedicated to making it better and better. Even though the camp is remote, she managed to furnish it with electricity, hot water, WiFi and all comforts.

Location, staff and food all of the highest quality. Honestly our best stay in Montenegro so far. Warm and friendly people, and very much down to earth. Dajana is a super host!

One of the best experiences of any holiday! The owner was friendly and welcoming, the cabin was comfortable (even for a tall person) and the location was incredible. The food is fresh, homemade and delicious. I would recommend dinner and breakfast.

Kamp Janketic is one of those places that you need to see to understand why it gets such great reviews. It’s possible to drive from the lake - with care - but most people choose to walk up. It’s mostly uphill, but it’s shaded woodland, and if you stick to the road it’s less steep than the short cut paths. We did a combination of road/short cuts. The setting is sublime. Quiet and peaceful, with great walks all around. Our hut was literally the size of a double mattress, with a light, hooks and a storage shelf. There’s a small window for light and ventilation. There’s a couple of shared toilets and a hot water shower. But what makes It special is the family, and in particular Dajana, who really is the host with the most. She makes everyone feel welcome and special. Her mum does most of the cooking - with some help from her - and the food is top notch. River trout is the specialty, and the traditional breakfast of donuts, cheese, blueberry jam and honey was great. We only stayed one night, but now I’ve seen and experienced the place, I’d love to return sometime.

Exceptional location with beautiful landscapes, a really cute and confortable cabine with enough space for 2 people, shower and toilets are really clean, hiking tracks near the camp. Diana and her family are very friendly and take care of everything to make you have a wonderful stay. (if you don't have a 4x4, you should ask the host to drive you up the camp because the road can be dangerous and muddy) Would definitely recommend the Kamp Janketic!

Diana was so caring and nice. The place is so beautiful and peaceful and it was the best food we ate in Montenegro. Diana also gave us recommendations on hiking and it was great!
