Apartment was small but very cozy. All that needed was available at the apartment: comfortable beds, kitchen and the most essential set of dishes to make tea or scrambled eggs. The most important thing is that the room is very warm. The heating is water-based. There is a heated towel rail in the bathroom to dry your mittens and pants after skiing. The location is great! near the central square and on the street that leads straight to the ski center. The owner is a very nice person, speaks good English and will always help and answer questions. The room is clean.

We stayed for one night in a standard double room with a garden view. The location is close to the city center, shops, and a national cuisine restaurant. The furniture are a bit outdated, but everything is clean and tidy. The bathroom is fine, with hot water and good water pressure. The bed is very comfortable, cozy, and warm, with good clean bedding and towels. Good lighting and plenty of outlets for charging. There is a small kitchenette with dishes, though we only used the kettle. You can park your car nearby, along the road. The owner is always available on WhatsApp, communicated with us in Russian, and helped us with tourist registration. Check-in and check-out are self-service, which was convenient for us. I recommend bringing slippers or warm socks — the apartment is on the ground floor, and the floor is cold in winter.

Very well located in Kolasin centre, plenty of restaurants and shops few steps away. Apartment is nice and has all amenities. One big advantage is that the owner lives on site. Hence, he is very accessible and he gives good advice about activities to do.

nice state of apartment and look of house, location a few minutes from center, free parking on the street, loundry available at request. Owner very knowledgable about hiking trails and more than hapy to share.

The host was very very kind, friendly and reliable. The beds were extremely comfortable. Even though the house is 0.5 min walking distance next to the center, it was very quite and you can have a very good night sleep.
