The staff were very helpful and accommodating about everything. Very attentive and hardworking. Generous sized rooms. TV had many Chantel’s to choose from. Wifi drop in and out but pretty constant.

The staff were beautiful. Boina Tuna! My family and I had lovely comfortable rooms. We are so proud to come home and have a resort like this available for some down time. LOVE the outdoor Oceanside balcony.

Everything! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We needed a cash machine and the driver from the resort drove from one place to another until we found one that worked. The owner, Megan, takes the time to get to know you and tells stories of the resort and staff. We even got invited to judge the staff party talent competition! The location, right on the beach is unbelievable- it's a complete tropical paradise. Do not miss the swimming with dolphins. I would come back every year if I could.

Thoroughly enjoyed. The warmth and hospitality of the staff, the welcome song, the tour and vehicle arrangement, the food quality ( excellent by the way), spa services which I availed both days the quaint charm of the place and of course the view and location next to the water... really appreciate !

The breakfast was delicious, generous and very healthy. The setting was outstanding. The gardens are amazing. The staff are very attentive and positive. It is culturally authentic The staff are incredibly friendly. The welcome was musical and lovely.

Staff has been amazing. Lovely people, great place, amazing breakfast. They help where they can and are very concerned as security seems to be an issue there. I never experienced anything scary, but was feeling very safe and welcome with the people at the resort. Highly recommended!
