It was exactly what I needed - a lovely cosy place. The room was huge, bathroom clean, breakfast was really good and the staff were very helpful. They helped arrange a car and driver for me.

I particularly liked the staff, they were proactive in making our stay comfortable and addressing any request we may have. I really liked the outside garden too, that was definitely a plus

European style, spacious and bright rooms, high ceiling. Good water pressure in the shower. Staff is absolutely perfect: they upgrade us for free in order to provide garden view instead of street view. They also have a nice restaurant downstairs with a choice of local wine (we didn’t see alcohol somewhere else in Kokand).

It was absolutely amazing. The most friendly staff we've ever encountered in a hotel. The rooms are very big and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the airco was working perfectly The restaurant has good food and service. Also it is very nice to sit in the garden to enjoy a drink. We were served complementary fruits and tea which was so so nice! Also the staff speaks English very well. We loved it! Also we forgot the registration paper; however they send it to us via e-mail the same day.

Super helpful staff and a great location. The staff helped with several queries and also organised a car and driver for us at a very good price. They went above and beyond our expectations. The room was very clean and we even received a pot of tea on arrival. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection.

Location was OK ...... bit far from the town centre to walk, but easy to find. Hotel was substantial and room was quite large and impressive for a standard room. Breakfast was good, but hot food was quite cold - not nice. Staff were friendly and attentive. Nice grounds behind the hotel.
