From Krabi Airport ( all year round ), Guest can take a taxi or public shuttle bus (approximately 30 minutes) to Laem Kruat Pier and from there get to continue with a Public Boat (The Boat is landing every hour at 9:00 / 10:00 / 11:30 / 13:00 / 14:30 / 16:00 / 17:30 / 18:00 with traveling time 30 - 40 minutes) to drop at MUTU Pier on Koh Jum Island (Don't miss the last boat is 18:00)Please note that during the high season from 1 November until 30 April, guests can take a ferry from Klong Jirad Pier in Krabi to Koh Jum. The ferry departs at 11:30 daily. It takes approximately 45 minutes.

Great location, big rooms and on the edge of a secluded beach. No shade around the pool, some properties including ours was on the hillside up five flights of steps.

Amazing location in a more secluded island. Loved the relaxed atmosphere and the privacy of this resort. You have the beach right downstairs and also the hotel's restaurant by the beach. The rooms are made of wood and it add to the whole island charm. We got into Krabi airport and had to take a taxi, a boat, and another taxi to get to the resort. We rented a motorbike at the reception once there and moved around the island quite easily.

We stayed at Koh Jum Resort for about three weeks. Since we haven't booked beforehand we had to make multiple bookings in four different types of rooms that they have on the resort and also had to book a few nights in a nearby resort due to full occupancy (however, we always came back to Koh Jum as we found it to be of better value). Every single room we had stayed in was great. Some of the rooms have the most incredible seaview you will ever see, others are huge in size, have a beautiful bath, a lovely balcony or beautiful little details (and every single one of them has a very big double bed). One of the rooms that we stayed in felt a bit too hot at night time. Once we raised the issue with management they got the Aircon technician the next day and serviced the Aircon unit which made a big difference for the remainder of our stay. The resort is managed very effectively, everything runs smoothly, all the staff do their jobs without hesitation, in a timely and friendly manner. We stayed with our three year old daughter and everyone accommodate us as much as they could. On a few occasions we had ordered our food at the restaurant and asked for it to be delivered to our room which is very nice when the toddler gets just a bit too tired. The food in the resort restaurant was also the best of all the options available on this beach. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and hope to return in the future.

We came to Thailand with a hope to find a little slice of paradise further away from the crowds and that is exactly what we found on Koh Jum. We stayed in a few different accomodation establishments and went to view a few more before we found Koh Jum Resort which has fulfilled all the requirements for our stay. The resort is a bit out of the way but possible to reach on a scooter or a taxi. We made a few trips on foot to the nearby villages for some shopping (fruits, milk, water, treats) but it is possible to stay on the adjacent beach for an extended time as the food in the restaurant really is fantastic and comparable to other prices in this area. We have really enjoyed working our way through the menu 😍 That said, we have also been visiting the Koh Jum Relax restaurant for some variety. Also, the cleaning staff are like ninjas, waiting to freshen up the rooms everyday. We would spend the mornings on the beach and return to a spotless room. The ability to use canoes free of charge was a very nice touch as well. We hope to return one day 🙏

Located at the least populated side of the island, you get to enjoy the sea view and privacy. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the man who greeted us when we arrived. The hospitality offered to us was superb! Food served in their restaurant was good, too! We had dinner on the beach while watching the sunset. The view was excellent.

The location was breathtaking. Barbecues on the beach were exceptional and value for money. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the general manager. I would highly recommend this as an establishment to stay.
