What an amazing hidden gem and perfect place to spend our honeymoon. We had the most wonderful 5 nights at Villa Alba. Our room was stunning and had the most beautiful views. The staff were extremely attentive and accommodating and made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived and throughout our whole stay - they really couldn’t do enough for us and were always so happy and polite. The menu and food at the hotel was outstanding and always so beautifully presented. We particularly loved the pool area, comfortable sun loungers and views over the beautiful gardens and rice fields. The hotel very kindly organised a safari for us at Udawalawe National Park - this is a must when staying in Sri Lanka. A day we will remember forever. Location is peaceful and only 10 minutes from the beach. Very easy to get to by tuk tuk which the hotel very kindly organised for us during our stay. We really can’t fault anything about this hotel. We really hope to return in the future will be recommending it to all of our friends. If you are considering booking Villa Alba please don’t think twice, you won’t regret it! Thank you to all of the staff at Villa Alba for your amazing hospitality and for making our first trip to Sri Lanka and honeymoon so memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Alba ! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I look forward to coming back!

Villa Alba is a beautiful and peaceful villa with a stunning surrounding, tucked away from the busy main road of Ahangama. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have been happier with this hotel choice and would 100% recommend it.

An utterly beautiful small villa which is almost certainly now on my list as favourite places to stay because it’s so comfortable and the decor and beautifully manicured gardens add to the whole experience. We loved the pool beds and the breakfasts and the room was stunning and had all the amenities you require. We didn’t want to leave and wish we had eaten there one evening as we were told the food was good too.

Rooms and the location. Room was very big and beatiful and the location of the Villa, is so peaceful that I would recommend it to anyone. The value for money on my reservation exceeded my expectation. A Must Stay at Ahangama.

The best place we stayed in Sri Lanka. A perfectly peaceful property with fabulous facilities, amazing rooms, delicious breakfast and wonderful staff. We wish we could have stayed forever or at least a little longer! Surrounded with beautiful greenery to wake up to each morning, a lovely well kept pool and not too far from various beaches.
