Extra person policy of the resort is;
USD 80 per adult per night inclusive of taxes and breakfast
USD 21 per child per night inclusive of taxes and breakfast (3 – 11 years)
Children below 2 years will be free of charge.Early check in and late checkout can be pre-booked upon contacting the hotel reservations team directly.Personal babysitting service can be pre-booked at USD 10 per hour.Please note that a valid credit should be submitted at the time of booking and the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and original credit card must be presented to the hotel on arrival. The name on the presented credit card must also match the name on the presented identification card / passport.The property does not accept third-party credit card payments.For safety reasons, guests who fail to present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking, will be kindly asked to settle the payment again upon arrival by cash or a new credit card and the deposit charged from the submitted credit card at the time of booking will be refunded to the same credit card.Please note that there's a mandatory Gala Dinner Supplements for 24th & 31st December for Extra Beds & Children are as follows:- USD 155 per adult and USD 78 per child between 3 - 11 years applicable on 24th December
- USD 205 per adult and USD 102 per child between 3 - 11 years applicable on 31st December

Massive property overlooking the beach. The room was huge with ample space. The staff were exceptional. Always smiling and happy to help. We felt so welcome. We had the breakfast buffet and the Sri Lankan options were top notch!

Everything! Most of all the amazing staff, always very friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast. Great pool and garden. The rooms are big and with a cool design. Bed very comfy. THANK you! One of my most favorite hotels ever.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. I splashed out (pun intended) on the Beach Splash room, which came with its own in-room pool — a real luxury (I was worried the September weather might limit my beach/pool time so booked this option just in case, but as it happened, the weather was great). The 50m outdoor pool was beautiful, as were the gardens around the hotel and the quiet sandy beach, where you can take a stroll or watch the local stilt fishermen. The staff were excellent too, providing exceptional and warm customer service. The food and drink and the spa were great too.

Amazing colonial property in the seafront. Lovely swimming pool area with beach right in front. Staff is super friendly and the overall facilities are well managed. We also found the food lovely and the rooms very spacious. Gym is small but has all that is needed for a quick vacation workout.

Incredibly relaxing, quiet, great food at every meal time. The staff were so helpful and kind, they really made our stay. Beautiful room and hotel.
