Very cheerful, warm, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, good variety of food and delicious too!

This hotel has a great downtown location in Kochi within walking distance to the central shopping arcade. It doesn't face the main street though, so you have to walk towards the canals. The breakfast is served in a Chinese-style restaurant seating, so it was a full grandiose buffet with lots of space. The breakfast is easily the best part of the hotel.
