An absolutely beautiful hotel, an Oasis. Beautiful, authentic rooms filled with charm and comfort. Breakfast is a choice from menu, rich and very tasty. The staff is extremely friendly and generous- we had a late night flight and they offered us a late checkout based on their possibility without us even asking and an option to open the spa for shower before we leave for the airport! We has a fantastic experience

Second stay in a week after visiting the backwaters. Had a different room this time - one with direct access to the pool. Very nice and enjoyed the outdoor shower. (Room on 1st stay was in the historic part of the house - different style. Both were lovely). Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Dinner was excellent. Appreciated the early morning espresso delivered to my door when we had a very early start as well as the takeaway breakfast boxes. Location of the hotel is perfect. Great place to stay!

Overall the property is very nice, quite paired back but aesthetically very beautiful. We especially loved the outside area, which was lush and green, it had more wildlife in there than a zoo! It was nice to sit and have breakfast looking out. Breakfast was tasty and I enjoyed that it wasn’t buffet style. Very friendly staff. In the evening a popular place for people to enjoy dinner so there was always a buzz. The room was well decorated and comfortable.

Beautiful historic property with lovely garden and pool. Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Excellent breakfast choices included in the room rate which I had not expected. Very helpful for recommendations on Kerala backwaters tour and various transfers.

The food was exquisite and the hotel so comfortable yet authentic. But it is the staff that make it so wonderful. The owner and manager treats their people so well that they have a queue of others wanting to work there. It is a sublime oasis.

The beautiful gardens and swimming pool. The size of the bedroom and having an out door shower in my bathroom. The lovely man who welcomed me in the morning when I arrived before check in time. He was so kind and looked after me. It was such a beautiful treat .

Cant fault the property at all. Had an amazing stay here from the moment we checked in. The hotel is in a great location, the people who work at the hotel really can’t do enough for you and the pool is a lush green oasis on a hot and sticky day. Also staying in one of the cottages and using the outdoor shower unlocked a whole new experience I never knew I needed!
