The breakfast spread was okay. However, the service levels were not as it used to be during earlier years. The Staff require better training

The ambience of the place is excellent with running water supply, hot and cold in the bathroom in the morning. It is near to the Metro and bus stops. Very near places like Maneka where one can spend time. Close to water metro station. It is also close to other eating places as well. I made tea in my room using the tea bags provided.

The property should encash on the great locational advantage with a bit of flexibility in buffet breakfast as well as the qualitative aspects. Also, the property being near to the coast and green areas, the stay would be more comfortable if fumigation/ disinfection of the rooms and dinning areas is done more frequently to eliminate mosquitoes and insects. Just some suggestions !!

A very good budget hotel in an excellent location within easy walking distance to waterfront, ferry terminal and central Ernakulam. Metro station nearby. Clean, comfortable good size room (Deluxe Double), kettle, TV with English speaking channels, AC, Fan, hot water. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was available and restaurant onsite. Was able to arrange late check out for extra fee
