I really appreciated how the recetionist (Ashwan) handle my problem with a very professional approach with good maneers. Excellent hôtel with a 5 star service I really enjoyed the breakfast with some very fresh product every day. The swimming pool, the gym, steam bath and sauna was very clean I had an excellent ayurvedic massage in the spa

Nice central location in heart of Cochin, direct access to MG Road for shopping and eat out anywhere. Shopping complex adjacent to Hotel. Rooms are spacious quite with extra spacious lounge, clean and tidy. We stayed with my family. Room service and front customer service is excellent,

Location and general neatness. Rooms can be a little more well maintained especially the furnitures and toilet walls and joints. But they were extremely neat- just not well kept to a 4 star level as you can see the ageing and damages on tile joints, bedframe, flooring etc The security, bell boy, housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were the best I have experienced in Kerala. So kind, patient and friendly - very welcoming. But all reception staff were not the best, but good.

A nice Indian style hotel, the rooms are clean but the facilities need better maintenance, especially the bathroom. The staff was great, welcoming and attentive
