Location and actual room allocated. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Also free parking available onsite which was a bonus.

Ideally placed hotel, facing the river and castle. My room had a balcony and in a warm November day, I was able to use it to admire stunning view.

Our room had a Bowles across the Rhine. The Breakfast was fantastic. Parking right outside the hotel.

Room and bed comfortable. Bathroom clean. Great choice at breakfast, lots of fresh food. Staff catered for my partner who needed gluten free bread and there was a great choice of fresh, tasty, gluten free bread provided upon request which was appreciated. Location was not too far a walk from one of the train stations. Very good location for a short walk to the river, bats, restaurants, the cable car.

Being able to park outside the door was a bonus. However, you cannot book the parking.

Room was lovely, with nice views over the river. Breakfast was good and presented a good choice. Staff were also very good and you catered very well for my wife's gluten-free diet.

Lovely location with a room over the Rhine and short walk up to the Deutches Eck. Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Very helpful arrangements for storing our bikes making it an excellent stopping point on a Rhine Bike Tour.
