Great cost/benefit, Very close to the train station, very cordial staff, spacious room. Actually had a large double bed and not just 2 twins side by side as we find in many german hotels. Good breakfast, staff member went to bakery to get fresh bread before it ends in the breakfast buffet.

The man who checked us in late in the evening spoke perfect English and was very sympathetic to the fact that we were soaking wet after walking 2 km in the pouring rain from the KD boat dock. He was very helpful with information about the location of the grocery store (Aldi) and the laundromat to wash our wet clothes, The breakfast was excellent, a large variety of food and lots of hot coffee. The double windows in our room made it very quiet and we did not hear the trains one bit.

Receptionist was very good and helpful. eating facilities close by so very good. and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast was adequate.

Centrally located, few steps from thevtrain station. Mohamed was excellent at the reception. He was very kind and let us check in early upon explaining our situation. Excellent customer service.

Right across from the station, so easy to get to with bags. Several restaurants nearby. Beds were comfortable. Large room. View of the castle above the station. Breakfast was great, with lots of choice.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. We were across from the train station, so very convenient since we were travelling by train. The room was larger than expected, spacious enough for an adult and two older teens. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It was a 10 minute walk to the Altstadt, or 3-5 minutes by bus.
