Wonderful breakfast - a wide range of Japanese to western style breakfast options all fresh and of a high quality. Hotel well located for exploring all tourist relevant areas of Kobe.

A well priced hotel within a great location. Very short walking distance of the train station as well as being in the center of a number of bars and restaurants in Kobe. By Japanese standards the room was quite big also. The bathroom was nice with a good sized shower and Japanese toilet.

Location is fantastic, in the middle of restaurants, drug stores and shops. It is very new and clean too.

Very clean and cozy. Room quite compact as expected. Love the mattress and bedding. Nice free ice cream in the evening. About 9 minutes walk from the Sannomiya station, and we found an entrance to the station very close to the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops around.

It has a free ice machine on every floor and a washing machine on the 2nd floor that costs money. But it is quite close to the Sannomiya station. It is also close to convenience store including lawson, 7 eleven and family mart.

Spacious room (for Japan), friendly and helpful staff, great amenities including coffee and perfect location to explore Kobe! Breakfast was great too.
