Everything in the room was very well thought-out, laid-out and was of good quality. I felt that the management really thought about the customer's experience in the way the room, bathroom etc was furnished, laid out etc. The lighting and power-points, the light switches, the kettle, good quality tea in the room and excellent quality night-wear in real cotton. Overall a sense of high quality and care. There were no ugly and useless items or papers. Everything perfectly neat and clean. It was also excellent that the heating / cooling in the room could be easily controlled by the guest. The final point is that the staff were all very positive, friendly and laid-back. Even though I walked into reception with an ice-cream, they were 100% professional and sincere. I was checked-in within minutes of my arrival. Excellent work by the reception staff.

Recommendation for travelers arriving by train at Sannomiya Station. Look for Exit 3 and once on the avenue, turn to the right and go up to the Hotel along the same sidewalk.

Close to Shin-Kobe station. Very convenient location if you want to visit the region using Shinkansen. Very clean and helpful staff.

Though not really close to Sannomiya, the bus stop was in front of the hotel, so it was OK. There is safety deposit box which is a plus. Free drinking water dispenser was great.
