Daiwa Roynet Hotel was a fantastic hotel to stay in, here in Kobe! The staff in the lobby were very compassionate with doing their job. Everything in the room was tidy and the room itself was flawless. The bathtub, toilet and the shower was very easy to use. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

The room was nice and very clean. I like the layout of the room, with a small table and a comfy chair in the corner. And that you could order food from the connected restaurant to your room. Staff at the front desk were welcoming and fluent in english. I had breakfast all three days I stayed here and only had to wait for a table once (~09:00am a sunday morning). Even then I only had to wait for 10min. Breakfast was good and had enough options for my three day stay. The location of the hotel is good too. The street is quiet at night, but just a short walk from the nightlife. There's also a small Lawson just across the street. I used subway exit B10 which got me very close to the hotel. I would stay here again when visiting Kobe.

Kind staff, good location. The room is spacious, bed is comfortable, the bathroom is nice as well. Airconditioner is effective.

Location is nice, walking distance to all the place I wanna visit. And the bed is queen bed size which is quite rare to have in Japan’s hotel.

The hotel is near the shopping area and walkable within. The hotel amenities is the best ever, it includes face wash, face lotion and mosturiser from a popular local brand. Plus check in and out was so super easy as it uses automated machine for payment. The room was clean and just nice for 2 of us for our honeymoon and the best part is hotel gifted us with complimentary gift even though they dont have arrangement set in room . Overall recommendable! 👍

Facilities were amazing, great pool soa and sauna , position great and the most comfortable bed I slept in Japan. Wish we had more days there.

The room is very clean and the location is super convenient. It’s in the centre of Kobe only few minutes to shopping centre and restaurant.
