Modern but not impersonal, spacious single room with double bed, amazing amount of details in the room to make the stay more comfy (dimming lights, even a night light torch, lots of switches and power sockets), very comfy bed. Perfect bathroom with proper shower and bathtub. Super centra location very near station. Absolutely recommended for a solo/business or leisure couple trips.

Super convenient to JR, Hankyu, Hanshin and the subway. Very reasonably priced in the heart of Sannomiya.

As a solo traveler who was so tired, I encountered smiling faces when I arrived at the hotel. Complementaries include bath salts and nice drip coffees; it's a rare thing in Japan. They're really generous. The room was super clean and super well-equipped. Definitely deserves the price they ask. The bed was super comfy, hot water was solid, and the internet connection was great. Location is great, really close to the station. Luggage storage service was very convenient. I will definitely come and stay here next time.

Room was probably larger than others of the same price point that I’ve stayed in Japan. Staff were excellent! Ammenities bar was well stocked and included drip coffee bags which was hugely appreciated. Coin laundry on 5F was excellent value - self-dispensing detergent machines worked a treat - my 3 kg load was washed and completely dry! There was a microwave and ice machine in the laundry room. Location was excellent for those who need to catch the Airport Limousine coach to KIX. Venture into the basement labyrinth and there are endless eateries and shopping.

great location. 3 mins walk to JR staion and 1min walk to bus stop, which you can transport to the most Kobe popular attractions.

The staff were extremely friendly, it is walking distance to some food options (several open almost 24hrs), the amenities corner in lobby was always filled. Room wasn't too small.
